A Case for Leather, A Fall Staple

Hi ladies! I know right now we are all still enjoying those long summer days and the thought of fall seems crazy but it is coming! Actually I am so excited for cooler days and layering up again. I love the textures of fall/winter fashion and by far my favorite essential is leather. Specifically leather pants, actually there is no love like the love I have for leather pants! To me leather pants are an investment piece every woman should own and wear year around. Right now as I transition into fall I'm wearing my leather trousers with easy tanks like this one and graphic tees like the one I'm styling in this post and OBSESSED with. Graphic tees are having such a moment and are more versatile then ever. Wear them with sneakers and blue denim for daytime running around or elevate them like I've done here with leather trousers and heels. So many options.

Anyway back to my leather obsession... These trousers are actually a few seasons old from the amazing Marissa Webb who knows her leather like nobody else! I have worn them on so many occasions from cocktail parties to brunches, they've more then paid for themselves. These are the new updated version and I am seriously considering adding them to my wardrobe for the slimmer silhouette.

I'm so excited to wear my leather pants in the fall with knits and layered with blazers and coats when it really gets cold. Can't wait and I hope you'll get onboard with this trend too!
